We know how to operate your Feedwater Heater and associated equipment to obtain the longest life and highest performance possible. During the past 35 plus years, we have been consulted on virtually every aspect of feedwater heater operations. If you have operational questions, call us. We provide engineering design for the thermal and mechanical requirements of your equipment. Our recent involvement with Applied Information Development, Inc. and the continuance of that line of service has enhanced our Engineering capability. Thermal design is performed by the AIDEX design program developed by A.I.D., Inc. over the last 40 years. Mechanical design is achieved via other in-house programs either developed by A.I.D., Inc. or other members of our Engineering team. If you need shell and tube heat exchangers, feedwater heaters, air cooled fin-tube coils, and other heat transfer equipment, we can provide a complete turnkey package for you to fabricate from or a finished product if you do not have a fabrication vendor. On-site engineering solutions for most power plant heat transfer equipment is our specialty, with more than 30 years of experience.
Maintenance works in conjunction with and follows the Engineering solutions that can be provided by our engineering department. We are fully qualified to provide quality projects that meet the requirements of ASME for Section VIII, Division 1 pressure vessels, Section I Power Boilers and the requirements of the B31-1 Power Piping. Repairs are covered by the National Board Inspection Code. All programs are fully transportable to any field location away from our shop location. Our shop can provide fabricated parts or complete vessels to meet your pressure vessel or heat exchanger needs. On-site repairs, modifications, and installations of new equipment is a high point of the field service we provide.
